Executive Assistant

Location: Remote
Hours & Pay: 5-7 hours / week | $500 / month

About the Role

I’m looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and relationally-skilled Executive Assistant to help manage my schedule, communication, and logistical needs. This role will ensure my speaking engagements, podcast appearances, travel, and content delivery run smoothly so I can focus on creating and delivering impactful content.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Email Communication & Scheduling

  • Manage and respond to incoming email inquiries related to speaking engagements, podcast appearances, meeting requests, and other requests.

  • Coordinate directly with churches, conferences, and event organizers to gather necessary details (itineraries, event expectations, technical requirements, etc.).

  • Maintain clear and timely communication to ensure excellent relationships with all partners.

2. Travel Booking & Logistics

  • Research and book flights, hotels, and rental cars for speaking engagements and other travel.

  • Organize itineraries and ensure all details are confirmed in advance.

  • Anticipate travel needs and proactively handle any issues that arise.

3. Podcast Coordination

  • Send invitations to potential podcast guests for my personal podcast and confirm participation.

  • Align guest schedules with my availability to book recording sessions.

  • Keep track of guest details, bios, and talking points for each episode.

4. Content Upload & Platform Management

  • Upload pre-written email content to my email platform.

  • Schedule and post pre-made social media content to my Instagram account.

  • Ensure formatting, links, and visuals are correct before publishing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, calendar management tools, and travel booking platforms.

  • Comfortable managing email and scheduling for multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.

  • Friendly, professional, and relational approach to communication.

Preferred

  • Experience coordinating with churches, conferences, or ministry organizations.

  • Familiarity with podcast production or guest booking.

  • Basic understanding of Instagram and email marketing platforms (e.g., Substack or Squarespace).
